If you are new to CrossFit you’ll need to start w a 60 min mandatory intro followed up by beginner classes. Please see Getting Started for more information- 

Drop-Ins Welcome

CrossFit Classes are group training session for people who have completed the 4 day On-Ramp Fundamentals Course. 

Weightlifting: Powerlifting, strongman and Olympic weightlifting-  We’ll be focused on improving overall speed, power, coordination, and balance to your overall training while increasing explosive strength and explosive output used while lifting. Olympic lifts are an integral part of the CrossFit program.  A percentage based program is utilized with a multitude of other lifts to include the Romanian Deadlifts, snatch pulls and back squats to name a few to maximize output. This class is not meant to be done on the same days as crossfit.  The number of participants in this class will be limited.
