Drop-in: $20 per individual session. If you are here for an extended time please email us. we also offer a 5 day work week training plan. Punch Cards–  perfect for people who travel or who have unpredictable schedules. Pre-paid training packages are valid for one year

Private Training Available–  Individual training is available on a one on one basis- to assist in skill development or any individualized- please contact your coach to schedule.


WE ACCEPT CASH, CHECKS AND ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS (VISA & MC, )  No refunds. If you miss days you are welcome to make up sessions only during the current month. There is no carry over of sessions from month to month.  Payments will be due at the beginning of each month/monthly payment date.
