Please contact before attending classes your first class. Each class will last approx one hour.
7 p on Monday- Thurs or 11AM Mon-Friday
Intro’s will provide a great “taste” of Crossfit for anyone looking to start these will be scaled down workouts, so all level of fitness can complete. If you have previously gone to another box you do not need to attend intro sessions, however if this is your first crossfit session please plan to attend at least one intro session. Many people opt to stay in the intro class for 2-3 weeks until they have adjusted to the intensity.

Weekend open gyms & Saturday Buddy Workouts will be posted in the Gym on the announcement board and on Facebook.
The Monday & Wed 530p and 630p are now full. Please make arrangements to attend other classes if you have not been attending this hour.
